Lawn treatment in Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and Yakima comes from two local offices that have been working these lawns since 1985.

Each lawn in the area has its own conditions, so the services are tailored rather than standard. The treatments are the same four pieces everywhere.

How the offices split the work
The Tri-Cities office offers lawn fertilizer and weed control, irrigation maintenance and pest control. The Yakima office offers the same, plus tree and shrub care and mowing. Which office takes your call depends on where the property is.

What to expect once you call
Estimates are done in person, and we can give a rough satellite figure first. Our goal is to start 7 to 14 business days after an accepted bid, though mid-April through May is the busiest stretch of the year. You get a text, email or call two business days before each visit, and the technician can work when you are not home.
All the materials are EPA approved, and children and pets are safe on the lawn once the application has dried.
