Nine services, sorted by where the technician actually works on your property. Estimates are done in person, and the office can give you a rough satellite figure first.
Lawn care: $62 for the first 1,000 sq ft, $8.25 for each 1,000 after.
The turf
Feeding, weeding, mowing and the soil under it.
Most yards start here: the lawn program on a six-week rhythm, a maintenance crew if you want the mowing handled, and aeration or overseeding when the lawn needs a reset.
Beds, shrubs and trees
Above the lawn line.
Insects and disease on ornamentals, pruning, a soil injection when the damage runs deep, and the leaves that come down every fall.
Under the turf
Seven checks on the water.
Spring start-up to fall winterization, with the watering schedule adjusted as the weather turns. Design, installation and repair sit under Additional Services.
The house
The outside walls, and the yard after dark.
A spider and ant barrier around the foundation, eaves, doors and windows, and lighting for the house, trees and paths once the sun goes down.
The winter shop
November to February, the mowers come to us.
Walk-behinds, riders, trimmers, blowers and snow blowers serviced through the off-season, with free pickup within 10 miles of either office.
Which office does what
The Tri-Cities list is shorter than the Yakima one.
Some services may not be available in some areas. On the office estimate forms, tree and shrub care and mowing are listed for Yakima only, so call the Tri-Cities office before you plan around them.
