The lawn care program
The fertilization program is built to feed the grass through the year so it grows strong and stays green. Our fertilizers are kid and pet friendly once dry. A technician checks what the lawn needs and puts the right treatment down at the right time.
Our target is a fertilizer application about every six weeks through the growing season, give or take a couple of weeks as the weather allows.
Perimeter pest control
A barrier treatment around the outside of the house keeps ants, spiders and other pests from coming in. The work is exterior only, so nothing is sprayed inside, and it is quarterly through the season.
Lawn maintenance and sprinklers
Full-service property care covers mowing, edging, shrub trimming, irrigation upkeep, mulching and landscape enhancements, either on a regular schedule or as a one-time job.
Sprinkler maintenance is seven technician visits a season, from spring start-up to fall winterization, so dry spots and overwatering get caught while they are small.
Everything else for the yard
Lawn aeration, dethatching, top dressing, overseeding and landscape enhancements are available too, along with sprinkler design, installation and repair. Tree and shrub care is listed on our Yakima office services, so ask the Tri-Cities office what is available at your address.
How often should I fertilize?
About every 6 weeks through the growing season on the Premium schedule.
Is it safe for pets and children?
Yes, once the treatment has dried. Keep them off the lawn until then.
How do I keep pests out of the house?
A regular perimeter barrier around the exterior is the dependable way.
