Tri-Cities lawn care
A Washington lawn needs time, tools and know-how that most homeowners do not have to spare. Colonial has handled all of it for Tri-Cities properties since 1985.

The program, in order
Premium Lawn Care is six applications. The first goes down between mid-February and mid-March, as the weather allows, and the last is a slow-release fertilizer in mid-November. Intervals flex by about two weeks around an average of six. Insecticide components for lawn-damaging pests and our full warranty are part of it.
Economy is the first four applications of the Premium program, ending in August. Both programs include the spring pre-emergent for crabgrass.
Fertilization
a feeding program kid and pet friendly once dry.
Weed control
pre-emergent to prevent, post-emergent to clean up what comes through.
Grub control
part of the Premium insecticide protection.
Around the house
Perimeter pest control lays a barrier around the outside of the home so ants, beetles, spiders and other pests stay out, and the exterior-only work does not touch your indoor air.
Our crews are also on the property for lawn maintenance, which can include mowing, mulching, irrigation, fertilization, pruning and landscape enhancements, fitted to the property.
Sprinklers and the rest
Sprinkler technicians visit seven times a season, spring start-up and fall winterization included, so you avoid dry spots and soggy beds and keep a dependable water source for the landscape.
Aeration, sprinkler design, installation and repair, tree and shrub pruning, dethatching, top dressing and overseeding round out the list.
