Where Colonial maintains lawns
A lawn reflects the climate and soil it grows in, which is why a crew based nearby does better work. Colonial maintains lawns from two offices: Yakima and Richland.
Where the crews work
The Tri-Cities office covers Pasco, Kennewick and West Richland as well as Richland. The Yakima office covers Yakima, Selah, Naches, Tieton, Moxee, Wapato, Toppenish, Zillah, Grandview, Sunnyside, Prosser and most of Yakima County.
Some services may not be available in some areas, so call the office nearest you to confirm what we offer at your address.
What lawn maintenance covers
Precise mowing keeps growth vigorous, and the weekly cleanups keep the landscape tidy. We have grown with the area, and refined the methods as the local conditions taught us.
Lawn mowing
regular cuts for healthy, steady growth.
Irrigation
watering kept at the right amount for the season.
Debris removal
weekly cleanups of leaves and clippings.
Landscape enhancements
planting and mulching suited to the local environment.
What each office handles
Both offices handle lawn fertilizer and weed control, irrigation maintenance and pest control. The Yakima office also offers tree and shrub care and mowing. Fall leaf cleanup is offered in the Yakima area: Yakima, Selah, Moxee, Terrace Heights, West Valley, Cowiche, Tieton and the lower valley.
Winter equipment service runs from November through February, with free pickup and delivery within 10 miles of the Richland or Yakima office.
