What the weekly crew does
Each visit is a set of small, repeatable jobs that keep a property looking cared for. The Tri-Cities climate sets the pace: dry heat pushes watering questions to the front, and the seasons shift quickly enough that the work changes month to month.

Treatments that go with the mowing
Maintenance can include aeration, fertilization and weed control alongside the regular cut. These are what let a lawn hold up to heat and traffic rather than merely survive the season. They are also available as stand-alone programs.
Winter equipment service
Lawn equipment gets its own off-season service. From November through February, Colonial services lawn and snow equipment, with free pickup and delivery within 10 miles of the Richland or Yakima office.
